MCL Talent Partners sends SMS messages only to job applicants who have provided consent.

How we collect consent

Applicants apply through Indeed. We contact applicants in Indeed Messages and ask whether they would like to receive recruiting updates by text message. Applicants can opt in by replying "YES" and confirming their best mobile number. We only send SMS messages after receiving this affirmative opt in.

Texting is optional and not required to apply or continue the recruiting process. If an applicant declines text messages, we contact them by phone instead.

What we send by text

We send recruiting and job application updates, including interview scheduling, reminders, brief screening questions, and next steps.
