This page documents our SMS opt in process for messaging verification.

MCL Talent Partners sends SMS messages only to job applicants who have provided consent.

How we collect consent: Applicants apply through Indeed. We ask in Indeed Messages if the applicant would like to receive recruiting updates by text. Applicants opt in by replying "YES" and confirming their best mobile number. We only send SMS after receiving this affirmative opt in. Consent is not required to apply.

What we send by text: We send recruiting and job application updates, including interview scheduling, reminders, brief screening questions, and next steps.
