3. SMS Terms & Conditions (Mobile Messaging)

By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive text messages from MCL Talent Partners, you agree to the following:

  • Consent & Program Description: Consent is obtained through our application process or via recruiting platforms (such as Indeed) before any SMS is sent. We send messages related to job applications, including interview invitations, scheduling, and next steps.

  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

  • Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@mcltalentpartners.com or (563) 542-1439.

  • Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the recruitment process.

MCL Talent Partners does not share, sell, rent, or disclose mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share your information with service providers who assist our operations (such as Applicant Tracking Systems) or with clients (hiring teams) for the specific role you applied for. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
